My favorite Nano was Two beers becuse the brewer was only using high end homebrew equipment but now he is moving on to a larger brewery and premises which is probaly the natural progression and the smart way to start a micro and create a market .
http://www.twobeersbrewery.com/

The next one is Breaker Brewing becuse they brew in a garage on a residential proprty .
http://www.breakerbrewingcompany.com/

And Worth brewing deserves a mention because they run a Tap Room in a historic building and they do it all with a brew magic .
