I feel one gallon is not enough. Why brew if you think that you are going to ruin your batch? There will always be a learning curve, but with that attitude coming into it, you will probably get what you expect.

I’m on the brink of brewing at home and space is a concern I have. Plus, who wants to screw up five gallons of beer when you can ruin only one? This might be a great first step into the big world of homebrewing. Thanks for passing this along, Luke!
