Beer on the Discovery Channel This Week

On December 18th at 8:00pm, The Discovery Channel’s “How Stuff Works” will air an hour-long feature on the essentials of beer making. The episode will feature footage of Charlie Papazian’s home hop garden, homebrew “garage” beer stash and sampling procedures. As well as Dogfish Head owner Sam Calagione and his perspectives on “how stuff works” for the small brewer. So be sure and tune in (check your local listings) and enjoy. Cheers.
