Paris Hilton has been banned from attending Munich’s Oktoberfest next week, after she “cheapened” the event in 2006. Last year, the socialite angered locals when she arrived at the event in a traditional Bavarian dress and plaits to promote a brand of canned wine. English Pub Celebrates 400th Anniversary

One of Oxford’s oldest pubs marked its 400th birthday with 200 people toasting the milestone. The King’s Arms, in Holywell Street, which has been serving drinkers since the time of James I, opened its doors to regulars for a special invitation only party. For more information, click here. -

Thirsty Oregonians (Oregonites?) gather around the Deschutes Brewery Big Barrel at the brewery in Bend Oregon Tuesday. The wooden-barrel-on-wheels has 16 taps serving eight Deschutes Brewery ales. Beer Bandits Make Off With Trailers Full of Moosehead
